Topic description:
For the first time in over a decade the federal government has made significant changes to the rules surrounding overtime and exemption classifications under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This class will explore not only the new rules, that will undoubtedly affect employers nationwide, but also common myths about the FLSA exemptions and what is meant by “duties test” and “salary basis test.” |
