Topic description:
Recent research suggests that on any given day, seventeen million meetings are held and one-third of a manager’s time is spent in meetings. Many meetings are ineffective due to a lack of a clear agenda, poor meeting management skills, a lack of follow through, etc. This class will give participants the skills for getting the most value from their meetings. |
