Join the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and Employers Council for a series focused on Human Resources. This informal series is designed to be a discussion between human resource representatives and is facilitated by a human resource professional.

If so, then you have probably heard of the concept of “joint employment.” This session is designed to acquaint HR professionals and leaders with the ins and outs of what it means to be a “joint employer” under the NLRA, the FMLA, and the FLSA. Attendees will learn how their employer can be held liable for violations under the NLRA, FMLA, and FLSA while employing workers directly employed by subsidiaries and temp agencies, and how to limit liability for your organization
