Expert Human Resource Series - Coaching

 

Join the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and Mountain States Employers Council for a series focused on Human Resources. Each seminar will have a different topic ranging from hiring practices, social media, legal issues today and more. This informal series is designed to be a discussion between human resource representatives and is facilitated by a human resource processional.

Cost:	$20 for each seminar

Topic description: Whether managers are trying to help employees enhance their performance, develop themselves toward future goals, or rebound after derailing, employees greatly benefit from being coached. In this session, we explore supervision from the mind-set of a coach; where a partnership supportive of employee development is the focus. We'll highlight a coaching model which gives managers a framework for holding various types of coaching conversations.
