We will also discuss how to design an effective testing program and the required elements of your HR policy. Options for pre-employment testing, random testing, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, follow up and return-to-duty will be discussed. How many test panels do you need and why? What do you need to know about legal substances, prescription medications, supervisor training? We will discuss DOT-regulated company requirements if the attendees have interest.
