Squid Ink | Scottsdale is the third location for chef and owner Schuyler Estes. The restaurant menu combines contemporary Asian cuisine with an urban sensibility. Squid Ink is open from 11:00 AM-11:00 PM Sunday through Thursday; 11:00 AM-12:00 AM Friday and Saturday. Happy hour starts at 3:00 PM with half price appetizers and select sushi rolls and $2 off select house rolls.
