The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to host Scottsdale Forward: Economic & Workforce Outlook on February 17th, an event designed to address the critical workforce and economic challenges facing our community. This year’s event focuses on solutions surrounding childcare, housing, and staffing, bringing together experts from key sectors to provide insights, strategies, and actionable solutions.

WORKFORCE PANEL

 
Childcare

Representatives from First Things First will discuss the state of childcare in Scottsdale, highlighting programs and solutions that support families and employers alike. They will also answer questions from the community and provide guidance on how childcare challenges can be addressed to strengthen the workforce.

Housing

Experts from Scottsdale Realtors will share insights into housing availability, affordability, and workforce housing solutions. They will discuss strategies to ensure employees have access to housing that supports a thriving and sustainable workforce in Scottsdale.

Staffing

Leaders from HonorHealth, one of the largest employers in Scottsdale, will speak about staffing challenges and solutions. They will provide insight into workforce needs, recruitment strategies, and best practices for retaining and supporting employees in the midst of the ongoing staffing crisis.

The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage directly with panelists and gain practical solutions for addressing workforce challenges in their organizations and community.
