Senior Auditor

As a senior audit associate, you will continue your career working with privately held companies in diverse industries, non-profit organizations and governments. While working on various team engagements you will have the opportunity to participate and plan all aspects of the engagement, not just selective sections or tasks. Your contribution will include assisting with engagement planning, evaluation of risk assessment and establishing the audit approach, completion of all aspects of the engagement including drafting financial statements and reports. You will be the primary client contact while conducting fieldwork. In addition, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to staff associates.

The following are the requirements for a Senior Auditor:
  • ACCOUNTING degree
  • 2+ years of prior experience
  • Sufficient credit hours to qualify to take the CPA Exam
  • Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
  • Proficient with technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with automated accounting systems, a plus
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Able to successfully organize projects
  • Travel approximately 25%
