A Brand New Full-Service Entertainment Venue in Mesa is looking to build their Kitchen Leadership team. This diverse property is looking to identify its Food and Beverage leaders to drive exceptional food and service of its full-service kitchens, Grab & Go, Catering, Banquet Service and Pop-Up food cart. Ideal candidates will have experience with Restaurant Start-Ups, Turnarounds or New Store Openings, will have high energy, be active and super engaged in the day-to-day operations.
These SKM and AKM opportunities are a critical position to driving the success of this exciting new concept and its first location.
As the Senior Kitchen Manager or Assistant KM, you will play a crucial role in executing the food and beverage program across all venues within our facility. Your primary focus will be on maintaining excellent food standards, including quality and food safety, while inspiring your team to uphold the highest standards in kitchen operations.
