Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Business Development & Event Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B sales and effective event marketing initiatives. You will leverage your networking skills, sales acumen, and marketing creativity to cultivate new partnerships, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. This is a commission-only position offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the health and wellness industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Native Ceuticals' offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Event Marketing:
- Identify and secure opportunities to represent Native Ceuticals at farmers markets, festivals, industry events, and trade shows.
- Plan and execute engaging event marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Manage event logistics and ensure a seamless attendee experience.
- Collect and analyze event data to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies.
- Follow up with leads gathered from events.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Actively participate in industry networking events and build relationships with key influencers.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong professional network.
- Represent Native Ceuticals in a professional and positive manner.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and event marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to travel to events and client meetings as needed.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.
- Commission structure to be discussed and agreed upon.
- Potential for performance-based bonuses.
