Market Street Kitchen will serve rustic, urban American fare. Offerings will include but not be limited to the following: a selection of creative “small bites” appetizers. Center of the plate proteins will be prepared on a natural wood broiler. Pastas, hearty soups, creative salads, a signature burger, the freshest seafood available accompanied with wood-grilled vegetables will round out the menu. MSK will also feature a wood fired rotisserie that will be prominently on display in the restaurant. This custom rotisserie will be used to roast poultry, pork loin, prime rib and lamb.
