RedLine Youth Athletic Training Centers help young athletes ages 8-18 become stronger, faster and more explosive. RedLine Athletics is the premier youth athletic training center in the Valley. With customized semi-private, 1-on-1, or group training our Sports Performance Specialists are experts at helping kids become better all-around athletes. Within the walls of our Brand New 10,500 square foot facility, we emphasize our six pillars; Passion, Respect, Integrity, Mentorship, Excellence and Trust.
All sessions are 90 minutes & start every hour on the hour. The last session of our day is 1 hour (we exclude Skill work in that last session)

20 Minutes Skill Work (Sports Specific)
