About Us

Since 1986, Scottsdale Leadership Inc. has been developing and empowering current and future business and civic leaders dedicated to making Scottsdale a better place to live, work, and play.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, Scottsdale Leadership offers a premier nine-month experiential leadership development program designed to inspire personal and professional growth, strengthen leadership skills, and encourage meaningful community engagement.

Through immersive learning experiences, presentations, hands-on activities, and collaboration with community organizations, participants gain valuable insights into Scottsdale's opportunities and challenges while building lasting professional relationships.

The program culminates in Project Lead It Forward, a community service initiative where participants apply their leadership skills to develop sustainable projects benefiting local nonprofits and civic organizations.

With more than 1,400 alumni, Scottsdale Leadership has built an influential network of engaged citizens, business professionals, volunteers, board members, and civic leaders who continue to make a positive impact throughout the community.
