Telemedicine Physician
We are looking to hire an experienced Physician to provide telehealth medical care to patients through a virtual medical technology platform. The Physician’s responsibilities include telehealth scheduled consultations, prescribing medications, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and referring patients to other Physicians or health care specialists as needed.
To be successful as a Telemedicine Physician, you should be comfortable working within or learning a new technology platform, interpreting data from the patient, performing video telehealth medicine, and possess strong communication skills.
Who are we?
Modo Bio is a technology driven telehealth platform which is being launched in the United States in early 2021 with a focus on preventative healthcare.
Telemedicine Physician Responsibilities:
Conduct telemedicine appointments for patients efficiently with clear communication.
Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, biodata, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
Asking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
Formulating suitable treatment plans to address non-threatening conditions, such as common colds, cases of flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, allergies, and rashes.
Prescribing various diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses.
Analyzing diagnostic test results and explaining them to patients.
Notate findings and treatment course in patient electronic chart including follow-up notes
Prescribing suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions.
Advising patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve their overall health.
Advising patients on preventative care.
Assisting patients in managing chronic health conditions.
Telemedicine Physician Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Based near Scottsdale AZ.

License to practice medicine, and a willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses.
Board-certified in family or internal medicine or a related field.
Sound medical knowledge.
The ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
A patient and compassionate disposition.
