LimeBike Regroup Coffee Press Release
This Sunday, December 10th, LimeBike will be holding a community forum at Regroup Coffee + Bicycles to discuss cycling, transportation needs, and the emergence of bike shares in Scottsdale. The forum will be held from 2-3 pm and is open to the public. Complimentary drinks and a limited free snack menu will be available courtesy of LimeBike and Regroup.
“We’re excited to have the opportunity to meet with our neighbors here in Scottsdale to discuss cycling and how LimeBike can better serve the community,” says Anthony Trinh, city launcher for Arizona. “Ultimately our goal isn’t just to provide a sustainable, affordable transportation alternative to citizens and travelers, but also to engage with the entire city of Scottsdale to help make roadways and mobility safer for everyone.”
LimeBike launched Arizona’s first dockless bike sharing program in Scottsdale in mid-November. Since then, ridership in the city has been rapidly expanding week over week. Last weekend alone, Scottsdale residents took over 1,200 trips on the company’s 3G-GPS enabled smartbikes.
“It’s great to be able to pair up with a community partner like LimeBike to help promote cycling awareness and sustainable transportation here in Scottsdale,” says Adam L. Eggebrecht, co-founder of Regroup Coffee + Bicycles. “Conversations like this go a long way in helping our city to integrate bikes into our mainstream mobility options.”
LimeBike is an American startup and the US leader in dockless bike sharing. Launched in 2017, the company currently operates in over 30 markets throughout the United States including Scottsdale, Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas, and Washington DC. Representatives from their local Scottsdale field operations team, as well as their content development team, will be present to answer questions, engage with community members, and document the forum.
Regroup Coffee + Bicycles is Scottsdale’s premier coffee and bicycle community hub. Located at 4227 N Brown Ave, their philosophy of “promising less, delivering more” helps them to provide world-class service in a coffee and bicycle environment unlike any in the state of Arizona.
