HonorHealth to acquire Evernorth Care Group,
expanding access to convenient, quality care in the Valley
Scottsdale, Ariz. (September 2, 2025) – HonorHealth, a leading Valley-based healthcare system serving more than five million people across the greater Phoenix area, announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Evernorth Care Group locations across the Valley. Through this transaction, patients will benefit from coordinated and high-quality care at additional care locations and an expanded clinical knowledge base.

Evernorth Care Group operates clinics throughout the Valley, providing integrated primary care services to nearly 80,000 patients. The Evernorth Care Group locations will become part of the integrated HonorHealth system upon close of the transaction, which is expected to occur in January 2026, pending legal and regulatory approvals.
